I had sent some documents through LBC at one of there location at the Philippines Consulate in L.A. I had sent it Sept 11, 2018 and I was told that it will take 5 to 10 business days.

I had called LBC to have them track my mail and they couldn't give me a definite answer. They told me that they would go track it down and that they would call me back. The lady couldn't even tell me if the mail has left L.A. It's been 8 days now and they have no idea whether if the mail has left.

I tried tracking it through the website and the website is not allowing me to track the mail. It shows only the day it was process but nothing about when it left or where the mail is.
