I am Elena Tomongha Khan, working in dubai. I sent my package here in cebu philippines last march 30, 2012. untill now i still not receive my jumbo box. my tracking number is 101491**** i already called to CEBU MACTAN LBC CARGO they told me that still forwarderd from manila. then i called LBC RECLAMATION AREA AT PEIR 7 CEBU they told me there is a 2 containers arrived at the port but THEY DON'T KNOW what's inside the containers and they don't know what vessel and container number. how come they don't know the vessel and they don't know the container number. what kind of cargo they are? no body can tell me the when it will arrive only they are telling me FORWARDED! FORWARDED!!! UNTIL WHEN FORWARDED FROM MANILA?? i am so diasppointed to LBC HARI NG PADALA. anung klasing mga staff kayo!! wala kayong alam! naka upo lang ba kayo at nakipag stismisan! dapat connected kayo kung saan manggagaling ang inyong matatanggap! at dapat alam nyo kung anung vessel ang sinakyan at container number. hindi yung puro isasagot nyo forwarded pa from manila!!! gaano ba kalayo ang manila!!! dapat alam nyo kung kailan darating at kailan ma deliver ang goods sa nagpapadala sa inyo!! kung ma delayed man you should know how to talk or answer the costumer!!

I NEED MY JUMBO BOX TO REACH HERE IN MY HOUSE BEFORE MAY 26.

lol lbc puro fb lang ba alam ng staff niyo. I've seen reviews wherein the staff using your Facebook account weren't giving respect.

People here are paying for your service and of course, trusted your company. I've also read reviews about your customers calling your hotline countless times but just like the ones who answered using your facebook account, they weren't giving respect. Sana gumanda na service niyo. Many people are already complaining.

Losing your customers means losing your company, too. Kaya please po, do your best.

Halos 2 months na ung cargo namin bit until now wala parin kming narereceived. Grabing bagal ng service nyo.

Pag natawag kmi lagi nyong sasabihin na idedeliver na po pero wala parin! Napaka sinungaling ng mga tao nyo! Pinaghirapan namin yan para maipadala sa family namin sa pinas tpos kyong taga lbc walang pakialam!!

FROM CEBU TO CEBU

A document never arrived, it has been 2 WEEKS and waiting. House closed daw for the first two attempts, and unknown consignee sa third.

The first time I followed up (May 2, 2014), I was told they shall be sending it the next day, asking for the exact address. But still NOTHING CAME.

Until I called (May 12), and was informed the document was already returned to owner.

Gah! Same city nga lang di pa makuha.

Now I have to work with the sender again.

Whereas a document is so important, now it has become too untimely.

Too bad for a first encounter! :x

To Whom it may concern:

Sir/Madam,

This letter is regarding a complain about having poor service and an unacceptable reasoning of LBC Maharlika located at Maharlika Highway corner Sol Street Conception Naga City; with the trucking of number 311029****04.

I have sent a package through LBC Quirino Taft branch last March 24, 2014 at 10:30 AM.

The Delivery date indicated in the receipt is March 25, 2014, but the package was not delivered at the said date. I called to the customer care hotline and asked for the help to track my package they told me โ€œSorry maโ€™am hindi po na deliver because of the lack of timeโ€. The following day (March 26, 2014) I called again for a follow through, they give me the same reason. The call center agent said that he/she made a report for the incident that had happened, and I should be expecting a call from personnel assigned or supervisor for my complaint.

On a third day March 27, 2014 I called again, it was the same conversation, no new feedback still and no call from them. I felt irritated because according to them they should be calling me and explaining why this incident happened. I did not receive any call or any text message until end of the day. March 28, 2014 early morning, I asked the receiver to go to the branch to claim the package because it has already been 4 days delayed but was not able to get the package immediately because the branch at Maharlika highway says the driver brings home the delivery truck with the cargo in it.

I believe that this is very unprofessional since the cargo are private properties and should not to be put at risk by anyone bringing them home when they are off duty.

I hope you can address the situation timely and properly.

Hi Im jhen from Cavite.. Nakaka wlang gana ang LBC .

Nagpadala ako ng package sa Laguna para dalhin sa Africa ng friend ko March 14 ko na sent yun. pero hnd dumating. hangang nka alis na ang friend ko . So nag request ako na ibalaik ang package ko saakin , awa ng dyos hangnag ngayon pa balik balik na ako sa branch wala parin...

Wala n tiwala ko sa LBC. Sad to say

Like the comments. I am so ashame to my relatives, because I became a liar , I sent a box from United States east coast.

The box was sent October 2013 and today is January 18 and my box was not recieved. Management in Philippines are *** they don't have the gutts to face the people who is given them their jobs if we are not here as your customers then you don't have a job. We paid the fees you impose to send the box to Philippines my expectation is for you to deliver the services or goods if not we report the company to the business burea so they will impose fines or have your business license revoke because you cannot deliver the goods on time and your customers service sucks. We need your help Filipinos Around the world not to use lbcexpress so the employees will learn how important customers service is.....

Because I think they don't need our business for them to keep their jobs. Our boxes from United States East coast were delayed and that lbc management in Manila can't help or advise us the status of our boxes. 3 months (90 days) passed and boxes are still out for delivery. I hope the owner of the business will read the comments and take it seriously.

Otherwise he will loose his business from valued customers.

Lbc management please help us because without your customers your nothing. I've been calling customer care but management are coward not to face the customers instead use the employees to cover them up.

I'm sorry to tell to LBC management and to our kababayans that the customer service employees of LBC Riyadh, Batha'a Branch doesn't care to answer our calls at all...no updates to text the valued customers kung ano ang nangyare sa packages na ipinadala kulang sa experience..."walang malasakit" tsk...di ba "WE LIKE TO MOVE IT"
