Hello.My name is Ailene Sanchez and I sent 2 boxes for my parents s Cagayan de Oro.The first box was received last July 4 and the 2nd one was received today July 7.It was so frustrating to know when LBC Manila called the recipient who was my brother Freston Bagares .They told him that our box was torn and they taped it already.I got nervous that time thinking that somebody from LBC must have intentionally torn that part of the box to get whatever his hands could reach.No outsider would have done that but only from LBC employees have the capacity to do that especially the one in charge with the transport of the boxes.So as what I have feared when my recipient open the box with me in the messenger viddo chatting with them,the box was in chaos and its not filled up anymore.A lot of items were STOLEN like the lotion,shampoo,etc.Just small items maybe but I want to sue LBC for theft and pay the items lost..Very frustrated and I would discourage all my friends and spread the news about the theft that I myself had experienced.When before I only heard it from other people but now I'm already the victim.How could LBC hire such thiefs in your company!I will really sue LBC and you must pay!Issues like this has long been started like a long long time ago already and I have heard a lot of thefts from LBC express but up now the root cause of the problem has not been resolved yet .No outsider could do such thefts other than the employees of LBC itself because all the balikbayan boxes were handled by them.The technology has advanced a lot already but LBC express padala remains very backward and their system is rotten!If LBC can't really stop the ongoing thefts that has been happening ever since because some of their people were thefts then they must use automated machines instead of human to carry and transport the boxes.Or they must at least have a strict monitoring of all the balikbayan boxes they received each day.The items might be paid by them but LBC can never pay the frustrations of their customers!
