I used LBC's website last Aug.21,2015 to schedule a pick-up for Aug.25,2015. I called their 180*-522-**** today, Aug.24,2015 to confirm the pick-up but was told I was not in the system.

The customer representative, Roda, said that the system may not have been updated. ( LBC-you can remove that schedule-a-pick-up option if it's not working!!!). So she scheduled for Thursday, Aug.27,2015 (Booking No. 134****).

I was told to wait between 10AM to 5PM. Imagine being at the mercy of these pick-up personnel having to wait the whole day for this one box. I know that there is still a chance for this box not getting picked up. Two years ago, I waited for whole day on my scheduled pick-up but no one came despite calling their customer service every hour that day!

After filing a complaint that night on LBC's Facebook, the box was picked-up early the following morning. It was really regrettable having to use LBC's services again...Never again!

Reason of review: inefficient pick-up operation.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

LBC Express Cons: Waiting the whole day for pick-up, Box not getting picked up on scheduled date.
