Referring to their National Bookstore Complex branch. They have 2 associates, one is Jessica Corpuz, does not smile and gives customers an attitude.
The other one does not want to give her name does not work, and when shes left alone does not smile and also gives customer an attitude.
Took a picture of the sign on the door that said, Our joy begins and ends with a greeting and smile.
The sign is faded, and we certainly dont get a greeting and a smile. I have pictures of both associates.

It took a week for the recipient to receive the item.When he made a follow to the LBC branch Trece Martirez City Cavite, the employees stayed that they lack ma power..
when i made a follow to LBC branch Mayapa Calamba City, 5 days from i sent the item ,the employee said that it was in their warehouse at TMC LBC branch... after 6days, im trying to call the cp # given by the employee at the said LBC branch, but nobody answered my call .Expectedly, the item will be delivered at the recipient's address but unfortunately, it wasnt, the recipient made expenses on his fare to make several days of follow up at the warehouse of LBC Trece Martires Branch
My box still not yet deliver
When I talked to the customer service, he said they tried to look the address but they cannot find it and that is the reason why it was not delivered within 60 days as the LBC staff here said.
User's recommendation: If the your staff can not find the recipients address please use the telephone numbers that the sender gave you. Like in my case I gave two numbers to contact if this matter arises. Please call the people who will receive the box. But your CSR's, they are good in talking to us clients I appreciated them and very courteous.

Sama status since Friday. Talked to the manager and other staff and said its in transit.
Using roro 5-7 days but your lead time on your website says 4-6days from Mindanao to NCR.
Whats taking this too long?!
If parcel sleeps in your branch for 3days, no doubt it will not be shipped coz no one is moving!
Manager also promised to update me but not a single attempt since my last call to him.
Called today and he is also not answering!!
Disappointing, misleading and looking at LBC site, you have partnet delivery by airplane. What is really thr truth?!

I need a copy of your policy stating not given to anybody children documents even a parents with child ID...ayaw ibigay ng LBC representative ninyo and documents ng 6 years old anak ko kahit my ID na akong dala kasi wala daw akong authority at wala naka c/o. Nag aral ang bata may mga exam this week, gusto ninyo ang 6 years old kumuha ng documents nya.
Show me a policy stating that the parents of the minor has no authority to claim her documents ship from DFA through LBC. Show me the policy, please!
Box pick up.
Tried to call cerritos California branch, no one bothered to answer the phone. Called 6 times, it's just ringing.

Lazy Liars
I'd give you 0 stars if I can. LBC courier drivers are pathological liars and very lazy.
They are infamous for tagging your shipment as having a problem and that "consignee was not at home". But the truth is, your couriers are just extremely lazy. They don't knock. Heck, they don't even go to the address.
They just make up a bunch of stupid excuses to cover up their incompetence and laziness. You should put GPS trackers on them and bodycam, put them under surveillance.
No wonder businesses prefer other couriers like 2Go, NinjaVan, Entrego. LBC sucks ***

Ang mama ko nag work sa manila last 2014 at nag papadala sya ng pera sa amin dyan sa branch niyo sa new manila lbc.. Ngayon nasa cagayan de oro city Mindanao na po sya.. Gusto niya bayaran nmi na gasto niya lahat padla sa amin.. Okay nman po sa amin kaso wla na po ang mga recibo bah..
Gusto namin malaman lahat ng amount na npa dala niya sa amin.. Pwede po ba maka hingi ng print out sa mga recibo na npadala niya sa amin?

Poor service waste of time
Tatlong lbc branch bocaue,marilao bulacan at san fernando sm lahat sila pinaghintay ako ng mahigit isang oras yung isa pinabalik pa ako kinabukasan bago ko makuha yung pera padala kung sino man makabasa ito please lumipat na lang kayo sa iba sayang lang yung oras nyo at pagod
Poor service
I had a package come back to me 3 times with a status saying house closed. Receiver never received notification of delivery and they havent been able to provide proof of delivery attempt.
I tried to have them re-deliver each time as the receiver has always just been there but today, a month and almost 2 weeks later it came back to me, again. Im still trying to contact them as this is a terrible inconvenience, the parcel was supposed to be received before Xmas but its almost Feb now and they still havent received it.
Youre better off with JNT or JRS, even Fastrack. Never again Lbc.

Wrote an email last January 16. 2023 and attach all details and the picture of a slashed opened balikbayan box, but nobody reach out to settle the complaint or even said something on their behalf. A lot of stolen items was found out when i did the inventory of the items in the box.

Preferred solution: A reply from email & cover the cost of the stoeln goods in my balikbayan box from Canada.(customercare@lbcexpress.com).
User's recommendation: In my opinion I wont use the service anymore. Hopefully there js another company who will provide a better service
Poor service
The staff at Metrotowne Branch in Las Piñas don't know how to process.
1st She is declining to accept the document because the recipent is company. There should be a name of a person she said.
2nd She wants to charge the document as parcel.
Train her well!

I hope my parcel will be delivered early because it's a week away. Until now it's still in transit. I think it's about 4-5 days before I can claim it.
