Mga incompetent ang empleyado sa LBC Marilao Branch.Doesnt even know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is!
Pagdadabugan ka at tatarayan. I have experienced poor service all the time. Pero pinalampas ko yon. But this time, sobrang katangahan sa side nila yung nangyari.
I was sending back a package to ZALORA. Ang laki ng sulat ko sa form nila na ang CONSIGNEE ay ZALORA pati account number sinulat ko. Then, nagencode yung teller, binigay sakin ang receipt na halos di na makita tracking number dahil di maayos pagkakapunit. Nagthank you ako kahit na napakamaldita ng mukha nya.
I went home thinking everything was fine and later that evening, I noticed na Lazada linagay nila instead of Zalora sa consignee. Edi wow! I contacted cusomer service then sabi na bumalik ako sa branch. So bumalik ako the next day, ang sabi naman sakin ng as usual na arogante na lalakeng teller hindi na daw nila machange pa yung consignee dahil nadeliver na yung package.
Lazada daw kontakin ko. Tapos ako pa sinisi nya dahil dapat daw dinouble check ko. Hello! In the first place sila dapat magdouble check.
Mahirap ba na kopayahin sinusulat ng customer sa form????
So ngayon di pa resolve issue.Still trying to contact their customer support na ang tagal tagal magreply.
