LBC Express - Processed my payment to a Bill incorrectly
I paid my PLDT Ultera(Smart Home Bro) BILL due for August 31 on August 19. This is 2 weeks earlier than the due date.
However, I still received a billing statement recently saying I have unpaid dues, and I also lost my internet connection since last week due to unpaid bills. I called up Ultera hotline and got an advise that LBC should have indicated "Smart Home Bro" versus "PLDTI" as the Merchant/Biller. I went to LBC to have this corrected but they required a lot (Authorization letter, ID, Bill for July, Receipt for July, etc.
etc.) I provided everything and it's been 3 days already but they have not fixed it yet. I paid my BILL 2 weeks in advance yet I am suffering without internet connection for more than a week because of an error in processing from LBC's end.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: PRIORITIZE HANDLING MY REQUEST AS THIS IS AN ERROR CAUSED FROM LBC END.
LBC Express Pros: Very irritating.
LBC Express Cons: Very frustrating, Long delays.
