I was supposed to receive a package (it was just envelopes but they contain very important documents for my board exam requirements) which was scheduled to arrive last August 12, 2020. But then on said day, I received a message that there was a Shipment Issue and that they would be delivering it the next business day.
But then on August 13th, the tracker at the LBC website indicated that my package was at SCS RETURNS. I have waited and called the LBC hotline to follow-up on my package for 6 days but no one is available to take my call as the lines were always busy or unattended several times every day. I even chatted on the FB page and all I get is that Robot who automatically just answers it's at SCS Returns. I ask for an agent and click the Talk to Support but no live agent is following up for days to answer or address my concerns.
What is SCS RETURNS and when will my package with the tracking number: 811********, will be arriving? I already paid for this. Attached to this message is a screenshot of the tracking of my package and proof of payment for the documents sent to the company. I already paid for this.
There has been no further update on the LBC tracker ever since August 13th.
Please help me as it has already been 6 days, at wala pa ding solusyon.
