I went to the said LBC branch to mail something to QC. That was December 9, 2016.

I thought my consignee received it the following day. Forgot about the said mail because it was the holidays and everything just got busy. Asked the consignee if he received his package after the holidays, he got nothing. He then called costumer service and found out that I made the mistake of the said address.

Ok, went back to LBC SPC branch, corrected the address and wasn't asked to pay another delivery fee. I am thinking that the guy who attended to me wasn't up to entertaining a costumer bcz he was on his mobile phone, having a personal call. I had to wait for him for a minute, but it was still ok. This happens only in the Philippines right?!

January 24, the day I was flying back to the States, I called the consignee again, learning that the package hasn't been delivered! This was the only time we learned that I had to pay the *** delivery charge! Who won't get pissed with this? So now I am complaining the whole staff of this branch and the names are as follows: Michelle Virrey Marianne Valencia Joanne Banzuela Fortune Abellanida John Wilson Avinante Mark Mangubat Benjamin Dausin I just want these people to be retrained with their duties and be aware of what their jobs are suppose to be!

Very incometent indeed! They are staining the good name of your good company!
