lbc wants me to take a picture of me and the delivery boy to make sure my item was safe upon delivery because I have no proof that the item I sent was damaged due to irresponsible handling of goods, now I am suffering because lbc did not give me the amount what I paid for the item they damaged. I even paid for the insurance for 500 peso coverage only plus 180 pesos for delivery and now I am a victim of lbc.

now since this happened everytime I get a delivery I don't let the delivery boyh go unless I made sure the goods are safe, and even the delivery boy told me that It was during the shipment because they just file the goods in their truck and not considering the goods is gonna be damaged or not saying its not their fault because they just delivery but they received from the shipment made without them seeing it. so it means to say the shipment was the main problem because sometimes they just throw away small packages to their truck.
