As what is seen on the tracker, March 16 it was stated to EXPECT delivery within 37 days (not "working" days) which should've been April 22. Then on April 19 it says will be delivered within 7 days.

So fine, I need to wait few more days when it was not delivered up until the 22nd. I've been calling and they were saying that the latest day I could receive it is on April 26 which didn't happen. I've been calling many times all they say is they will send report and that we need to wait for response and I was like "Is there any way for you to call the warehouse?? To think that the warehouse is just near our area, what's taking so long to deliver this??

I am trying to be as calm as I possible but, men, I am really pissed this morning that I haven't gotten any email, texts nor call from LBC. Where the *** is your service promise??? I am really disappointed with this especially that this is scheduled to be given as a gift to my daughter's birthday tomorrow! LBC!

You're really getting into my nerves right now. So with the delay of delivery, that's it? Boohoo! You should refund 30-50% of the shipping fee for all this *** service!

LBC's service should be as reliable as their local service. But apparently, they suck in international shipping.

These guys are giving me bad first impression. First impression lasts.
