In LBC brunei. From last Wednesday March 11, 2015 we made a booking for pick up balikbayan box at Bengkurong via text message to the person assigned in that area, after he texted back to give our the exact address, he never texted to confirmed the schedule.

We wait until Saturday March 14, 2015, but still no word from them. We called in the after that day, he said he will going to pick-up on Sunday morning, and ask again our address. We wait until 11 pm no one pick up the box, we decided to call the office, someone answer and said just wait. But whole day of Sunday March 15, 2015, no one showed up and no one informed us if there is reschedule of pick.

Today March 16, 2015. I tried to call the office for how many times but no one pick up the phone.

What the *** happen to this people working in LBC Brunei.

Is this how LBC train their employees/staff? To be liars and rude to their customers?

They even lack work ethics! I wonder why there are still a lot of people patronizing this courier with their terrible services!
