I ordered a bugdet phone from Argomall and choosed Cash on Delivery.They proccess your Order and when they are finished with packaging, they hand it over to LBC.
Afterwards they send you an Email with the LBC-Express Tracking-number. The tracking is'nt accurate at all. They're telling you "RECEIVED AT CENTRAL EXCHANGE HANGAR", and who knows which Hangar and where in the world it is. After that they state "Your shipment has arrived at our LBC FACILITY.
Please expect delivery within the day". No matter how long you wait, no one appears to give you anything. After that "POSTED STATUS : CONSIGNEE UNKNOWN PELANDRES FAMILY". The reason is very simple.
They dont travel in deep rural areas to deliver packages and they dont tell you either. Its you, who has to contact LBC to shedule a pick-up for your item. Even it was stated, they deliver for free. This is not the case.
They ratherly send the item back after a few trials, which are literally faked, because there is no Pelandres Family in our Village. If you live in the city, or near the mainstreet, they deliver I guess. For a more accurate Tracking of LBC Express dont use www.lbcexpress.com. Instead use http://www.onlinetrackingnumbers.com/v3/lbc-tracking/ .It is not right to delude a customer, making him think, the item will arrive anytime.
Just tell him/her the truth, the delivery guy will not visit your hidden area to bring the item. At some point its understandable, he wont like to spend precious time to find you.
My best guess is.He gets paid by the number of delivered items.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of lbc express delivery service. Lbc Express needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
