This is regarding my complaint against lbc baguio bonifacio branch happened this day 17 of july 2020 around 9 am to 10 am.One of my client who claimed to be a regular costumer on that branch ( but has been denied by diane and company that my client is not their regular costumer) heard some gossip that bonifacio branch will transact visayas and mindanao on that day.she called and ask me to go there to verify if its true.i ran immediately to that branch (bonifacio) and found out that they are currently transacting box of cactus and succullents bound to visayas and mindanao.I asked and even pleaded to diane if she can also considered my client's boxes/parcel bound to davao but she refused to accept it because according to her they only accept their regular costumer and errands are not allowed to send box/parcel.their action was very insulting and unfair to our part because we errands are paying taxes and permits as well and as a regular costumer of your company we must be treated fairly. I am writing this concerns because my daughter is also an online seller and she ship regularly on your company and i'm affraid that she might also experience such rude treatment by your employees in the future.I hope you will take my complain seroiusly and hear back from you about this incident. Attached here are the pictures of boxes that ate being transacted that day taken at lbc bonifacio branch.please checked transaction on the said date ( july 17,2020 around 9am onwards) to validate my complain.Thank you and god bless
PS: Please monitor behavoir of your employees specially bonifacio and st.vincent branch.
