The item was supposed to arrive at my house at july 22-26 2018 then when the item was delayed for 2 days i’ve contacted the lbc hotline number. They say they will do a report and they will update me same day that i called din.

And they’re not calling me back at all. I called them everyday and they always say the same thing hanggang ngayon september 6 wala parin silang ginagawa. I always track the item and it only says [FORWARDED TO UPPER LAGUNA DELIVERY HUB]. Lagi kong ineexpect yung call nagpapromise pa sila and damn wala paring kwenta.

Its so unfair lang.
