To whom It May Concern, I want to express how disappointed I am with your service! I made a schedule for pick up 3 days ago, I provided my address details and they even ask my contact number but 2 days passed no one came for pick up!

Next is I went to branch which is near in my place, (burjuman bus stop) and scheduled again for pick up of my box. They took my contact number and told me they will call me once they will pick up my box. They ask me to wait morning till 9pm In the evening because that is the schedule of there pick up. But until now no one came in my house!!!!

So tell me ?!! How will you compensate the cause of the delays because of your unprofessional service!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Outlets are everywere, Online tracking.

I didn't like: Your service, Incompetent, Liar, Lack of updates and communication from them.
