I sent two jumbo boxes two Philippines from the UK, I personally packed everything that went into these boxes, and they have arrived at their destination, and there are more then several items that are missing! Why is this?

My family have told me the boxes looked opened when they arrived, I spent a considerable amount of time securing the boxes with tape, for your staff to still have the cheek to steal from your customers? and the things that are not missing, have reduced in amount.

This company is not to be trusted! They should hope they are not attending any filipino festivals in the UK, as my family attend all of them and will not allow the company to scam everyone for their hard earned money

After reading this article, not just one but more customers complained of expensive items were missing, I have decided not to send a brand new laptop to PI.

yes from Australia now 3 boxes damaged and goods missing . No matter what you do with the boxes they are still damages (BS)

oo mga magnanakaw yan sila. yung neighbor ko here in London, 3 xlarge boxes containing brand nwe electricals - television and laptops etc.

all gone missing. ang sabi ng office nila dito e lumubog daw ang barko. ni wala naman nababalita na may lumubog na cargo ship!

LBC Bastards stole many items from the three boxes I sent to the Philippines over the last three years. After asking my relatives if they got the items I sent them (e.g.

Jansport Bag, Vienna Saussage, Soap, etc.), they told me all they got was the used clothes. DON'T SEND THROUGH LBC.

THEY WILL OPEN YOUR BOX AND TAKE THE ITEMS. ALTHOUGH THESE CROOKS THINK THEY MAY HAVE WON BY STEALING, THEY WILL LOSE WHEN IT COMES TO JUDGEMENT DAY!

we also have 5 boxes that are missing, all lbs could tell us is well get back to you within 24 hours but nothing has happened. are there thieves inside that courier? our packages were supposed to arrive more than a month ago

Few month ago we buy baby powder from costco two pack never been open we decide to send to (LBC). after a month i have a phone call from philippines (sister).

when baby powder receive it was open. if I was you guys sending box or any item from LBC. i SAY NO FKW.

NEVER AGAIN SEND ANY ITEM from LBC.

You are willing to assist me with things that were stolen from my delivery three years ago?? If you are, I am intrigued..but also suspicious, I don't think you have actually read through the comments :) I have contacted LBC via email, via Facebook, to no avail, which led to this comment.

I sent nvitations for my daughter's birthday with 2,500 in it last decmbr 1 2016 spcficaly at Brgy Canduman,Mandaue City LBC branch was the transacton place/date...i even was the one put a tape on that envelop...but when my mom got the pckage...the envelop was actualy half open and the money was GONE...for ur refernce check tracking nr 126434****22. And my mom really confirms that That the was pretty stolen with an envelop half open...how can u possibly explain that!!!THAT IS NOT A SIMPLE INCONVENIENCE... We work with a tired feet so how could u just sit there as if nothing happen knowing there is smthing fishy going on ur staff!!!!

Im sorry to hear Loui, there was once a time when they use to be good, now they are terrible, and there is no sanctions for staff who steal, so they continue doing so. The time I did send the boxes that I mention in my initial post (cant beleive its been two years!) they sent representatives from the company to 'Investigate' the boxes, which by then my family had already unpacked.

I am not sure what they thought they would gain by staring at a cardboard box. Their LBC staff had ripped open the tops of the boxes I sealed, took things out and then did a *** job of resealing them, which is what raised the alarm in the first place.

Its despicable. I have some boxes I want to send atm, but I just don't know which company to use, so these boxes are just sitting in my house until I find a good company.

I would strongly recommend using MON Cargo if you're in the SF Bay Area. I've used these guys at least 5x and aside from a few days delay than what they promised, no major issues as of yet.

In all my dealings with them, I have never lost a single item inside the boxes that I sent so that's very comforting.

Funny thing is I recently used LBC (9/20/14) to see how much they've improved (or regressed) since I last used them in the 90s. Back then, I sent a box full of Nikes and only half of them made it. They promised me 45 days.

The 45th day would be 11/5/14 so I'm crossing my fingers that they'd deliver to their promise this time.

I guess we shall see....

Be super careful with LBC, they have no shame indeed. I did go on a relentless assault and email them repeatedly, they eventually sent an 'ambassador' to 'investigate' the box which obviously had already been opened as it arrived back home. Felt like a cruel joke.

I would avoid LBC, our country are facing some difficult times and I think the likelihood of things being taken out of boxes, and resealed will have increased.

Im glad to read these comments as I was hoping to send stuff back home, to my surprise I couldn't find any contact numbers on their website so that's a start,, if you're legit company you would have a contact number ,, wouldn't you? Plus I heard from a few friends who had lost items from using this comp,,,So I would definitely avoid LBC..

Shame on you LBC, how low can you go? :(

Its a mind set (and no - not all).....but when you have nothing you take everything you can.....What strikes me as curious is that this culture is so deeply Christian .....seems they missed a few sermons.

I have saved up every cent to buy my family in the Philippines so many many household items and these Filipino thieves stole them from 3 balikbayan boxes I have sent thru LBC such as expensive correlle chinaware, curtains and all expensive items. I sent more boxes after these three boxes as the other end and my end 'trusted' LBC, but I discovered only the expensive losses when I went over to the Philippines to visit my family.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY PACKAGES THRU LBC. YOUR MONEY, EFFORT AND TIME WILL BE ALL WASTED. DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO JUST LAND IN THE HANDS OF THIEVES IN THE PHILIPPINES.

THEY ARE BASTARDS AND ANIMALS. SHAMELESS AND PART OF THE CORRUPTION IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Don't make the mistake of thinking all filipino are theives, its just the employees of LBC. But I agree never again!!
