I want to complain regarding your staffs receiving calls from 00-800-10*-130, this day 13Nov2016. There is one male staff who received my call around 8:45- 9am..I am requesting for pick up of my box to be sent via air cargo..

It was just good that i follow up my call at around 12noon for he noted there that my box is for Sea cargo instead of air cargo. Then he lined me up for the next day. I even told him that i spoke already in Bin mahmoud branch, doha, qa and they had told me that the flight will be on monday that is why i need to send it right away today- sunday )and that was the reason i am hurry to send my box).. Esper (who recieved my second call told me that someone will call me after 20-30 minutes and she noted already my complaints& request ( to pick up my box this day)..It is now 2:45 pm until now no one is picking my box and no one is calling me.

I just wasted my time waiting for someone to pick up my box.

I am supposed to go to our office and was not able to do so just because of this. And now it is about time to go to my work/duty and until now no one is here to pick my box.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
