The reason kung bakit ako nagko-complain kase ilang araw ko ng hinihintay ung parcel ko until now wala pa din.Nung April 15,2015 pa napicked-up ni xend tapos natanggap LBC courier-manila nung April 16,2015 naforward sa LBC-bulacan same na araw na un.

Nakita ko sa activity status niyo nung April 17,2015 na idiniliver nakalagay house closed how come na magiging house close eh hindi naman po ako umaalis ng bahay tapos ngayong April 18,2015 nakalagay na naman out for delivery kanina pa ko naghihintay hangang ngayon wala na naman kanina pang 10:41 a.m.out for delivery,puwede pakiayos naman po ng serbisyo niyo and sana ung totoo lang ung ilalagay niyo don sa status ninyo,sa totoo lang po ang bagal ng delivery niyo compare to other courier .Pangalawang beses na to ung una halos one week ang inabot bago ko natanggap ung parcel ko this time paki-ayos nman ng serbisyo nyo.
