I had the worst experience with LBC Marilao Branch. I argued with lbc teller who blamed me considering it was their mistake in the first place. they put in lazada instead of zalora unto my package. told me they couldnt change the consignee anymore coz its already delivered.

Here's the whole story: I went to their branch 2 days ago para ibalik yung shoes na inorder ko from Zalora. I thought everything was fine nang paguwi ko that day. Pero later on pagcheck ko, mali yung inencode nila na consignee. Hindi ako nakabalik agad coz it was late night na and the next day naman busy ako sa wok. So I contacted LBC customer support online and tkld me na bumalik nga daw sa branch. So I did. Tapos pagdating doon, kinausap ko yung arogante at suplado na teller. So hindi na nga daw nila mababago yon dahil delivered na sa Lazada. Tawagan ko daw ang Lazada. Ni hindi nya nga tinignan sa record kung deliver na ba talaga? Kasi pagcheck ko online, in transit pa lang. Tapos pinamukha pa sakin nung guy na dapat dinouble check ko. So sabi ko, "kasalanan ko pa ngayon e diba dapat kayo ang nagdouble check in the first place. Mahirap ba kopyahin yung linagay kong Zalora sa consignee." Tapos paulit ulit sya na "hindi, dapat ikaw, dinouble check mo din." well yeah partly, its my responsibility to check pero nagmamadali ako nung nakaraang araw. At di nya dapat pinamukha skin na ako ang may fault. kahit paglabas ko ng door pinagsisigawan nya na dapat dinoublecheck ko. na ako ang dapat nagdouble check. kamusta nman yun????
