I'm so disappointed and pissed off!may shipment para sa akin intended to be delivered after Christmas as per advised by the shipper, valuable cargo pa naman, I am expecting it Dec.28 or 29, since Dec.23 forwarded na ang item sa Hub destination Legazpi city.

Pumunta na ako sa branch nila dito sa legaspi dec.26 afternoon to inquire at sabi nila "in transit", forwarded pa lang, dapat "Received" ang makita nila sa system nila. So i waited. December 28 pumunta ulit ako sa branch nila nagbakasakali ako baka dumating na inisip ko baka error lang sa system nila or hindi kaagad na update ng tauhan nila sa receiving end nila, pero ganun pa rin. Dec.

29 pinuntahan ko na ang warehouse nila o receiving o distribution center whatever you may call it pero ang advise paka tingin naman syempre sa system nila ay forwarded pa rin, wala pa raw sila narereceive. Ang sabi naman ng nag ship sakin nakausap nya ang LBC sa manila na naforward na daw, at nag padala na rin ng e-mail ang manila branch according sa shipper ko na hindi nag rereply ang legaspi branch about sa inquiry ng manila. Ngayong araw pinuntahan ko ulit sa distribution center nila at sinabi ko yun ang sabi nila lagi sila online at wala sila narereceive na e-mail, (turuan na ang mga ungas), Upon talking to the manager na isang oras ako nag hintay para lang makausap sya ang sabi malamang naiwan sa airport, WTF naman! Pero syempre dahil professional tayo hindi naman ako nag iskandalo dun, dinaan ko pa rin sa magandang pakiusap sa manager (which is dapat ung manager hinarap nya ako, hindi yung sasabihan nya ung isang clerk dun na pabalikin na lang ako, which is hindi formal, asan ba customer service nyo ?

nag training ba kayo sa customer service!??taeng ina talaga!, so yun sabi ko sa manager na hindi ko na nakuha pangalan na iupdate ako sa staus ng shipment para sa akin, pucha talga pag namumuro na kayo sakin, sana walang mapag samantala sainyo na pinaginteresan yung para sa akin dahil pinaghirap ko yun bago ko binili!!

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor customer service, problem with delivery not yet received very delay" of lbc express shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $270. Lbc Express needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
