Lbc Express - Irresponsible handling of package by LBC
I would also like to announce here the irresponsibility of LBC in handling packages.I sent a small TV thru LBC Singapore bound to Phils and the item was damaged during handling.
Despite of many 'FRAGILE' stickers pasted on the box plus a lot of scribbling to 'handle it with care'.
It was broken and can no longer be used when my relatives received at home.I emailed LBC customer service only to be given a reply saying- WE REQUEST FOR YOUR DISPOSITION, LBC is NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCUR ........i was so pissed off......Tell your friends not to LBC service anymore
