I would also like to announce here the irresponsibility of LBC in handling packages. I sent a small TV thru LBC Singapore bound to Phils and the item was damaged during handling.
Despite of many 'FRAGILE' stickers pasted on the box plus a lot of scribbling to 'handle it with care'.
It was broken and can no longer be used when my relatives received at home. I emailed LBC customer service only to be given a reply saying- WE REQUEST FOR YOUR DISPOSITION, LBC is NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCUR ........i was so pissed off......Tell your friends not to LBC service anymore
Monetary Loss: $300.
