I have a parcel of a document that I asked to be sent to Cavite from Manila which is like 20 kilometers close. The shipment was sent on 29 November and until now 06 December, still the shipment has not arrived.

This kind of delivery distance is expected to arrive 2 to 3 days, but it takes more than a week1! This is adding so much stress to me and I'm sure for anyone who will encounter this kind of inconvenience.

I have followed up with them and it seems like no action has been done, my mom as well went to their actual outlet but she was told that it's out for delivery, that was 2 days ago.. now, I just want to share it with anyone who can read this and I am wishing this company will close soon and I hope there is a law to punish them for causing trouble with their customers and will never be a customer again!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

*** poor service if any, these lazy incompetent derelicts got miserable attitude, lousy customer service, especially at tacloban, now these idiots keep lying to me about my international mailing in there generic plastic bag. No tracking information no reply, they already know there worthless that is why they got there website blocked for comments, NO way to contact them or take there phony survey, piece of *** company mismanaged incompetent and sloppy idiots
