First, i recognize the system your company has set up for your customers.However, your personnel, particularly this person to which attached is a photo is very incompetent, arrogant and disrespectful.

She is a front liner of your company so she should know how to handle customers and have in mind that you are in the business of courier/transport business.I want to file a formal complaint and I want her reprimanded.

All they do is lie to you, schedule you to a GHOST Company that doesn't exist, then call you a few days prior to appointment telling you they no longer work on LG, you must contact LG to reschedule, this has turned into a 6 month ordeal, still waiting, must keep breaker turned off scared it will burn house down
