I have observe that queues in LBC market market is too long and service are slow. There is no dedicated person for each process - encashment and parcels.
Where is the SLA ? Do you commit to serve your customer better. I do not see that employees are empowered to be customer focus.
No men to assist packing the big stuff. I have been working in operations in 9 years and this is definitely not meeting the SLA.
