Initially said they will reply in 1 day but it has been 2 days and no one even bothered to read my message. The package sent to me cost 2,800 pesos and it’s not even 3 kilos , I paid for it without questions, it’s been 2 weeks and based from the tracking number Of my package it’s still in the Philippines...

for 2 weeks?? Seriously??? You charged me more that I should pay for the package because your staff who picked up the package said that even if the package does not weigh 3 kilos ... it will still be considered as 3 package did not even exceed 2 kilos and yet I paid because I badly need that package...

I expected a good service and fast service in return...

atleast answer my damn question or reply from my message... but nothing!!!! Package haven’t left the Philippines for 2 weeks, no replies, no message, nothing at all.... and you call your service express???

Believe me unless you tell me where my package is... I will make sure this issue will go to the authorities or even the media to make sure that you do your damn job!
