Last April 7, 2020, I caused the delivery of my parcel to Concepcion, Tarlac. My parcel was picked up by LBC from my house at No.
45 Ipil St., Sitio Seville subdivision, North Fairview, Q.C.. My parcel was not delivered. It was only yesterday, Sept. 30, 2020, that LBC went to my house to get my approval for the re-forwarding of the said parcel because my parcel is out of delivery.
Since almost 5 months have elapsed, I decided not to re-forward my parcel. LBC representative of all people, should know that you have branches in other provinces, like San Nicolas Branch, which is the nearest to Concepcion, Tarlac. Can you not just call the consignee to pick it up at your said branch? You should also have known and informed the shipper that there is no LBC Branch at Concepcion, Tarlac, and advised her that the parcel should be picked up from San Nicolas Branch.
Why did it take 4-5 months before you acted on the failed delivery?
