Same sentiments here.I called lbc customer hotline today to get their yakal contact number so i could follow up my delayed items which i ordered from shopee...(Its been 7 days since my item was on that location and has not moved since then) I was informed that they (LBC) do not have contact number of LBC yakal because that is not an LBC branch, it is a customer warehouse of shopee and when items are said to be on that location that means items are still in custody of shopee and items not yet turned over to LBC for delivery. Just sharing. Hope it answered some of your question on your delayed items
