Last Oct 18,2014, I dropped my box in an Oriental store to be picked up later by LBC.Its been more than 3 months now and my family back in the Phiippines is still complaining about non deliverance of the box.I hope the company will look into this very inconvenient practices and will investigate re the causes of the delay.Everyday,my family is anticipating that the box will come and everyday on my part,I am so apprehensive and worried if the box would even reach my country.3 months of waiting is too much for a small box to arrive.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

BB arrived in Manila but according to LBC website has been sitting there at Customs for sometime now. So go figure.
