Dec. 6 pa po ito na-ship. When we tracked it on lbc website, nakalagay dun LBC have two attempts na ideliver yung package pero house closed "DAW" kahit hindi naman nawawalan ng tao sa bahay to receive the package. So tumawag ako sa customer service nila nung Dec.

12, Sinabi nila sakin na na-hold nga daw sa warehouse ng LBC ang package dahil house closed. Warehouse is located sa alabang pa kaya pina-transfer ko na lang ang package from their warehouse to LBC pateros Branch code GDP05 (Ground Floor Gen Luna cor B. Morcilla st. Pateros City) binigay ko pa buong address para doon na lang sana i-pick up ng receiver.

Sabi ng customer service nila, it will take 24-48 hours before matransfer. We waited until Dec. 16 pero hindi pa din na-transfer. tumawag ulit ako sa customer service nila noong Dec.

16. I talked to JEN OBIAS which is their customer service representative, only to find out na hindi pa din natransfer ng delivery team nila ang package from their warehouse to LBC pateros. She gave me an assurance na matatransfer na talaga this time dahil ipa-follow up niya daw. But until now which is already Dec.28 HINDI PA DIN NATATRANSFER ANG PACKAGE.

Ano na LBC? hindi na ma-contact ang hotline niyo. Hindi gumagana ang webtalk, at hindi makapagsend sa email. Wala din maisagot na maayos sakin sa facebook message.

Ang sinabi lang sakin house closed daw kaya hindi nadeliver WHICH I ALREADY KNOW that's why pinatransfer ko nga sa LBC pateros para ma-pick up na lang. Pero until now WALA PA RIN. Until now wala pa din package.

kailangan niyo tong ayusin.

I send balikbayan box since the first week of December 2015.

Until now it already Feb.15, 2016 when I tracked it they said it's still in the way to Singapore.

Hopefully will reach Baguio by the end of February. I was promised that balikbayan box will take 45 to 60 days the most but LBC. I am just warning you to make sure you do not believe what they promise you. They are unreliable.

This will be the last time I will use LBC.

This message is for kris aquino.Tigilan nya msgendorse sa lbc cargo.

Nawawalan tuloy sya ng credibilidad. Lbc cannot deliver on time. I sent a package from lis angeles second week of oct. ngayon dec 31 na wala pa rin.

Dumating daw sa subic dec 22. Dec 31 na nasa customs pa rin?

Panloloko sa tao ang ginagawa ng lbc.Kaya kayo wag na wag na kayo magpapadala sa lbc.


Wag kayong maniwala sa lbc.Manloloko ang lbc.

Hindi nila kayang mag deliver on time.Sana magsara na yan
