A Blactown Crew seems to make her own judgement on what items and qty that can be sent via airfreight. She contradict LBC website list of items allowed to be sent.
She says Costume jewelleries not allowed and perfume bottles are limited to 2.
Website says otherwise on Costume jewellery and perfume nor qty is mentioned for perfumes.
If there are changes on what and items qty that are allowed, it should be published. It will save customers from walking 10 minutes with a heavy box at hand.

I scheduled a pick up on April 15,2024 Booking number 444**** and was cancelled.
The driver called and said he need to reschedule the pick up for Friday April 19,2024 due to him running late. I received a call around noon time from LBC today letting me know that they can't pick up and will need to reschedule again.
This is just poor customer service and not acceptable for them to cancel my pick up twice in a row. Please note that I had to take a day off work in order to be home for the pick up.
I would really appreciate for someone to give me a call.

Package delayed
I sent my package Sept 2024, and today is Dec2024 . Its been 90days and it hasnt arrived.
I can only track it and it says 1/2 days to deliver however its been a week and it hasnt arrive. You cant talk to a customer service. Everything is generated response.
Waste of money and time . Ridiculous service
Poor customer service
My parcel status shows something like it has some concerns and that I need to contact the customer channel which I did. I never received any response from the contact form as well as email.
Chat support is non-responsive AT ALL. And call center can't say anything aside from SORRY.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?
YOU ARE GIVING US A HARD TIME CHECKING ON OUR PARCEL. THE STRESS LEVEL IS UNMEASURABLE, AND DEALING WITH LBC IS A NIGHTMARE.

Problem with delivering
Waiting and waiting for package, nothing. Tried calling the 800 number seems like they blocked me.
My husband and I must have made 10-12 calls. I missed the nation wide holiday waiting for this package and still nothing

I finally got my parcel August 1st. But I have to do all the things myself otherwise I will not get it.I asked my sister to get the parcel for me, with my written authorization and identification card of course.And when asked why they took long to deliver, my sister was told they were understaffed. And had she not go to the branch, they will not have yet delivered the parcel.Only proves my initial review that LBC Philippines is useless.You've been warned, never ever use their services!
I have been waiting for the parcel for more than a week now. I have not heard a peep nor was contacted for an update about the delivery. I went to the nearby branch but the staff could not give me an update either!
I use the Track and Trace option but it always says that they failed to deliver the parcel as nobody was home but there is always someone home to receive packages!
Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service.

LBC is very disappointing, they promise to deliver a document for 2-3 days, but 8 days after still no delivery. HOW DISAPPOINTING!!!Especially if we have to leave the country .
LBC you are very disappointing, if you promise to deliver in 3 days, you should honour it, because some of us don't have the luxury to wait for your late and disappointing service.

I would like to think that this company is a scam. It's my first time to send a box from US to Philippines, it has been 75 days since I sent it, but the box is still at the origin port.
If you reach out to them, they couldn't provide a good explanation for the delay.
If at the end my box did not reach my family, I will sue this company. Whatever that box contains, they are from my hard-earned money.

Very dishonest customer service
Recieved a mesage that they will send the package, thursday, friday and saturday but it did not arrive.
Delayed document
I requested a door to door delivery of my form 137 report but it has not arrived yet. It as supposed to be an express delivery which would take 24-48 working hours only but it's been almost a week and still has not received it. I need it for my TOR which i would present during my passport appointment but because of the delay I was not able to process my passport.Disclaimer: I requested this form 2 weeks prior to my appointment date but got process by the school 1 week before the schedule ,but even so it should have arrived by this time considering the timeframe provides for the delivery.

I sent 4 legal documents, I sent from Los Banos, in Laguna. One was sent to Cabuyao, one to San Pedro, one Nueva Ecija and one to Legaspi , Albay.
Only the One to Cabuyao was received on time. The one to San Pedro arrived after 7 days. The one to Legaspi also 7 days. It's been almost 2 weeks since July 15, the one to Jaen Nueva Ecija is still sleeping in Cabanatuan since July 16.
It's already July 26. All efforts to call the branches in Vabanatuan ended in failure.
Number does not exists, forever busy tone, customer service is zero help.
What has happened LBC? You used to be the best.

The handling of my LBC shipment is completely unprofessional. I have requested a status updates on the package and when the delivery will be completed, but not one person of the LBC staff can provide an explanation on the phone or via email.
The package has cleared customs in Manila 5 days before Christmas, and now has been sitting in the local LBC office in Carmona awaiting to be delivered for well over a week. Today is Jan 7, which is two full weeks since the package arrived in Manila.
This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
I had dropped off my package at the LBC office in SSF, CA on the Christmas cutoff date back on October 18, 2023. Shipment left SFO by the end of October and arrived in Taiwan on November 17th. The package was sitting in Taiwan for over a month before finally arriving in Manila on Dec 21.
It has cleared customs on Dec 27, and the package was sent to the local LBC office in Carmona on Jan 3.
This package was supposed to arrive & be delivered by Christmas as promised, but it has yet to be delivered. No one from the LBC hotline or anyone reading my emails has given an explanation nor has given an update on when it will be delivered.
I am still awaiting delivery and a response as on Jan 7, 2024

The worst cargo company ever. My box was picked up on May 15, but until now, it has not arrived.
Please do not choose this cargo company if you don't want to get stressed.
Their fees are too expensive, but their service is very slow. Their customer service is not even helpful; they seem sleepy when they answer the call after waiting for 20 minutes on the line.

Too much delay on delivery
LBC delivery is very poor service, posted date for delivery is not being followed. It takes forever to arrived your parcel.
