There are THIEVES among LBC staff. My mother sent LBC boxes ahead of time so she can check them when they arrive here in Calamba City, Philippines. Last Saturday, she did not notice immediately that one of the boxes was replaced, in fact, the tracking number was changed and her name was misspelled. Paid $131 for airship and package is lost over one month from Queens NY location. My Dad was forced to walk a mile back to their store because they are incompetent and did not measure & weigh the package correctly. Tracking is completely useless, calling them is completely useless. They give different reasons for the delay and as far as we are concerned the package is now lost. Yung passport namin ng mother ko ngayon naka schedule na ideliver. We even pay for the rush fee para makuha agad yung passport coz we're planning for an out of the country trip as soon as we get it. I was texting the number indicated in the shipping form for follow up and checking the status of our package. I texted them more than 10 times but didn't get any reply. LBC was my favorite cargo forwarder BEFORE since then and I use to patronize this company for their promptness in delivery however since the start of November 2013 even I was with the cut off time for Christmas to arrive the box sent to Manila still it did not reach until more than 60 days and had so many reasons. i sent a balikbayan box from california to zamboanga and they said it will took about 40 days to arrive in zamboanga.. its almost two months now and i still dont have it..i tracked it down its already here in zamboanga and its been 4 days now they still cant deliver it and the thing is they are just about 8 kilometers from our home. another issue is they dont have a business phone on their storage site and if you try to contact the person in... Sent 4 boxes to Leyte to help family after typhoon as they lost roof and other goods.Boxes were received in Manila warehouse and moved from one warehouse to another for 1 month.Made 3 calls to customer service and got run around, will look into this was answer but no action.Also sent 2 emails, same all talk no action. I made a reservation with them to come pick up a box that needed to be delivered to the Philippines. I waited for them the first day and they didn't show up. I rescheduled them for another day and again they didn't show up. Called to complain and I was told a reservation didn't mean that they would actually show up. If they didn't confirm the reservation they weren't going to show. Very odd. I guess I was supposed to somehow psychically... Read more

i called to your hotline no. last July 13, 2013 around 10:47 am to Ms. jen. i requested 2 jumbo box but when i do the followup call today because i dont want a delay for my box to be delivered, when i spoke to Ms. Aiza the staff who attended my call, she said that it was a regular box that was in there record. I had my passport processed in rush at DFA and picked LBC to deliver it on JULY 8. Its already JULY 12 and i haven't received it yet. All the reports of the courier states that the house were closed for two consecutive days which is SO NOT TRUE! I also called the customer service which didn't helped at all.Very bad experience for a first time client and I will not let LBC handle any of my transactions again.
