Today 10/17/2015, I called LBC Vermont Avenue location (26 S Vermont Ave, Ste 120, Los Angeles, CA 90004) inquiring what time they close for the day. Having told that they close at 5pm, I made sure I get there 30 minutes before closing. The door was locked and posted outside said 'closed'. Since I called earlier before coming cover, I called the line again and asked the employee why the door is locked when it wasn't even 5pm yet.

Busy customers take time to patronize LBC but if the service is not at par with the quality LBC claims it provides, it is wasting fellow Filipinos valuable time just by coming there.

I suggest that employees undergo 'proper customer service skills' training since this location does not seem to display such. Shame on LBC if it allows this 'critical' trait not being practiced consistently. Employees displayed apathy and lack of enthusiasm.

Reason of review: I don't want to be contacted. Not doing business with LBC anymore..
