I have a package shipped from Makati Oct. 13, when i tracked it 2 days a ago there was an attempt to deliver but it failed twice.

Are they employing idiots or illiterate who doesn't know how to read or even ask where. They don't have the initiative to look for the place. The reason my package was stuck in their warehouse is that I am not known to the place.now they blame it to the customer. Do we have to be known for them to deliver.

I exerted all efforts keep on calling them send them SMS, but to no avail nobody is even asnwering my queries. If they 24/7 would answer you bahala kayo, doesn't even care promises you for a next day delivery but NO. Everything was just lip service.

What they are after for is your money they are not true to their words. they better change their slogan.
