Delayed Delivery of the BALIKBAYAN BOX

Last Oct 18,2014, I dropped my box in an Oriental store to be picked up later by LBC.Its been more than 3 months now and my family back in the Phiippines is still complaining about non deliverance of the box.I hope the company will look into this very inconvenient practices and will investigate re the causes of the delay.Everyday,my family is anticipating that the box will come and everyday on my part,I am so apprehensive and worried if the box would even reach my country.3 months of waiting is too much for a small box to arrive.

BB arrived in Manila but according to LBC website has been sitting there at Customs for sometime now. So go figure.

It was sent here to catanduanes bicol last saturday yet it still has't arrive and it's really saddening because I can't track the package it's already wednesday now and I've been visiting yout website like three times a day. i call the hotline number, still no reponse.

the order was delivered June 14, 2016. until now no refund.......

non delivery of package (important documents needed by employer abroad) has long been out for delivery, supposed to be last week 7th of July, it's 14th now.. emailed the costumer service and notified me that they have already coordinated with the team, but still waiting game is on! until forever? LBC tracking page shows attempts of delivery (twice huh?)with "House Closed" indication, funny! typhoon had been racking our locality the whole week so we had to stay home and it makes sense doors should likewise be closed!maybe LBC agents responsible for failure deliveries LEARN how to knock doors?still waiting..hope all my patience won't run out until end of this day.

have the same problem. my document was received by a different person according to their tracking.

however, when we checked the CCTV there was no LBC personnel who was at the site.

have been calling twice a day since friday, they still have no answer.

Grabe naman lbc March 29-30 yung expected delivery ng passport ko Sabay kami ng brother ko. AKo pa nag confirmed ng address at phone number ng pagdedeliveran yung sa brother ko dumating yung akin hindi.. Di ko pa matrack.

Poor Business Model........Christmas in September

I sent a parcel out Balikbayan box from Honolulu on July 5th, 2014. I have been tracking the package online and it seems to have taken an extremely long time in comparison to previous boxes that I have sent to the Philippines. I have utilized LBC exclusively for the past 15 years and have never had a problem in this regard. The customer service staff informed me that they have been having a problem with Customs holding the parcels at the port in Manila and that it is out of their control. This may be the case but online it shows that the parcel was held in customs for 2 weeks and that it had been released, customer service told me that since the parcels were being held up that they are now behind in delivering them to the consignee's and that for the past 2 weeks since customs released them that the parcels are on the dock waiting to be picked up and shipped out to the distribution center and then onto the consignee. Now that means that the parcels have been in the Philippines for more than 4 weeks, 2 weeks held up by Customs and now another 2 weeks sitting on the Docks......something does not seem right here with the way that the company is operating....shift the blame to the government...correct.....but in the end it looks bad on the way that they are doing business.......2 months and the parcel is not delivered yet......NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL FOR SURE....... I was informed by the Customer Service agent to send out any planned Christmas Balikbayan boxes now to the Philippines since they are having a problem with Customs.....unbelievable....send it out now in September because it might not make it there by Christmas for my family to enjoy.......

Same experience here. Their customer service that calls you to inform you that it is delayed do not know how to listen either, they just go "uh huh, uh huh, pasensya na po".

They don't even try to hear what you are saying as if they're used to getting a lot of complaints and then offer an automatic canned apology. This is not a good excuse after 3 or 4 times of happening to me.

Instead of employing parrots they should hire some industrial engineers and mba's to figure out how to improve their system and service. Used to be impressed with them sending pictures and everything...

They said it will arrive today sept.11 but when my brother asked one of the lbc branch it will stay there for two weeks in th custom are before it will reach the destination what happen to lbc and custom before when we are still there inthe phils. I heard about the news regarding cargo trucks limited access. I believe all the shipping companies are suffering because of manila's city ordinance to limit the trucks.

So i think it really funnel down into the customs and logistics in manila.

It is just really out of LBC's hands. Hope your parcel will make its way to its destination soon though

Sir/Madam:

This has in reference to my transaction with the tracking # 179389****89 at LBC Express Gaisano Fiesta Mall, Talisay City, Cebu last April 7, 2015 where I was personally attended by an LBC Associate, Mr marc Anthony Pabico. During this date, I made a transaction to send three (3) boxes of supplement medicines ( C24/7) Aim Global Product amounting Nine Hundred Pesos (P900.00) per box to be shifted in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental. Mr. Pabico asked me how much is the cost of the item that I am sending and I answered: " It is Nine Hundred Pesos (P900.00) per box. Then he continued to facilitate my transaction. However, the medicines were just one of the items in bulk to be shifted in Negros Oriental declared lost in Dumaguete City Branch as per information relayed by Bayawan City Branch. After knowing such event, I went to the aforementioned branch in Talisay City and reiterated what happened and I asked for a refund. Mr. Pabico explained that I can only be refunded an amount of Five Hundred (P500.00) plus the P 175.00 as my transaction payment. I was dismayed why can I only have the said amount wherein I have sent three (3) boxes at (P900.00) per box with a total of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P2,700.00) instead. I was not given any explanation prior to my transaction as to the amount to be reflected in the receipt and I appeared 5 times in said LBC Branch yet Mr Pabico seemed to be evading this responsibility. With this, I am hoping for immediate action to this matter and I can have the refund I need the soonest possible time. Thank you.

Your ex-employee na nag scandalo

She was wearing your LBC uniform during the time na nag scandalo xa sa isang law firm here in Dumaguete and that's against with the said law firm's messenger na customer nya lang din kasi doon nag me-mail yung messenger sa branch na kung saan sya nka assign. Worst is office hours nun at madaming nakakita. Nang away pa, tumawag pa gamit branch number ng LBC that same day, kasi gusto nya gulo kasi its all about love matter. She is using the company for her personal intent. How was that? Very Unprofessional employee! Nag resign na sya natakot baka hindi ma cleared.

Delayed Document Delivery

LBC Express - Delayed Document Delivery

On May 11, 2015 at 3:00 in the afternoon my father who is living in Quezon city entrust a document to be delivered by LBC to me here at Calamba Laguna and supposedly be deliver within 24 hrs. But the Delivery got delayed and still not arriving as of date.

I followed-up several times the delivery and they always keep telling me that the will coordinate to the laguna hub (probably the delivery section) to deliver my document from time to time and now its the 3rd day and my document is not still with me.......THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL EXPRESS???!!!!!! sigh, and i have read several complaints with same content a year ago....

they are still not improving their services.

sino po ba may alam ng number ng LBC sa manila? walang kwenta yung tracking nila.

nagpadala ako ng AIR cargo.. November 23 ung ACTUAL DEPARTURE nung eroplano, November 28 na, pero hindi pa dw nakakarating sa Manila. Ano yan, 5 days na, nasa ere pa din ung eroplano??? Ano ba naman yan!

walang makasagot sakin ng direcho kung asan na ba ang package.

pag tinawagan mo sila, the same information as the one sa "Tracking" sa online website nila ang sasabihin sayo, which is not at all accurate. Yung magbigay man lang sana po kayo ng accurate na information..

Went to LBC today at lucky plaza and it was such a *** up day.I was packing my stuffs into the box and a guy came and asked what was inside the box.The stuffs I put in was Chinese New Year decorations and some scarfs.Then,the guy wouldn't believe and I took out all the stuffs again and placed them on the table.Then he walked away after seeing it. Then I've to put my stuffs back in. IT WAS SO TROUBLESOME. After done packing, the lady came again and asked what was inside.I told her the exact same thing again and her son came and say he never check,but I place it all at the table jn.Wtf.So the nicely packed box,I threw it at the floor so they could see my stuffs scattered around.Then they started laughing and I felt that they are racist against Chinese.I thought LBC was friendly people but it turns out different.What a crazy experience I've.

LBC Express slow slow slow

Promised 40 days delivery from USA to Philippines. Now 82 days and still not delivered. I hope my box did not disappear like the assets of LBC Bank did a few years ago and the assets of LBC global a few years before that. I have contacted your support line many times and they always promise that they will expedite delivery but with no results. I have been promised callbacks but I have never received a call.

Getting really frustrated. It will be 90 days soon since the box was picked up.

This is the worst company I ever encountered. They have incompetent and lazy people. Upon checking on their website it was confirmed that my package has been deliver in Legaspi! Its been a week but then I haven't receive those packages, then I made an inquiry from two lbc branch only to receive a phone number by someone whose incharge for package delivery. Enthusiastic of sending my sms, only to recieve another disappointment that she doesn't know anything in regards with my package. I was told by the texter that I can just drop by in their office." WHich office? In the first place it is delivery service why di I need to find to look on their offices for me to get my package. Pls do not use their company. They are full of *** people!

My friends said that they sent a wii to their family in the philippines from LBC, then when the cargo came, there was nothing in the wii box except just the box of the wii. After hearing about this, it made me change my decisions if I should trust them or not. This is really disappointing and I am 100% sure that I will never ever use LBC for cargo shipping. Spread my words so everyone will be aware of what this dissastrous act. Let every one know how they treat their customers. Sorry if my sentence is too long because I need at least 100 words to send this. Lol
