Delayed Delivery of the BALIKBAYAN BOX
Last Oct 18,2014, I dropped my box in an Oriental store to be picked up later by LBC.Its been more than 3 months now and my family back in the Phiippines is still complaining about non deliverance of the box.I hope the company will look into this very inconvenient practices and will investigate re the causes of the delay.Everyday,my family is anticipating that the box will come and everyday on my part,I am so apprehensive and worried if the box would even reach my country.3 months of waiting is too much for a small box to arrive.

Follow-up passport
Dear Sir/Madam,
I ask help po, i am waiting for my passport here in cebu.I did my transaction in LBC SM manila last Feb.11,2015. I already contacted DFA SM manila and they confirm my passport is ready to release. I gave my claim slip to LBC SM manila to claim my passport behalf of me. below is my transaction details.

Sir/Madam:
This has in reference to my transaction with the tracking # 179389****89 at LBC Express Gaisano Fiesta Mall, Talisay City, Cebu last April 7, 2015 where I was personally attended by an LBC Associate, Mr marc Anthony Pabico. During this date, I made a transaction to send three (3) boxes of supplement medicines ( C24/7) Aim Global Product amounting Nine Hundred Pesos (P900.00) per box to be shifted in Bayawan City, Negros Oriental. Mr. Pabico asked me how much is the cost of the item that I am sending and I answered: " It is Nine Hundred Pesos (P900.00) per box. Then he continued to facilitate my transaction. However, the medicines were just one of the items in bulk to be shifted in Negros Oriental declared lost in Dumaguete City Branch as per information relayed by Bayawan City Branch. After knowing such event, I went to the aforementioned branch in Talisay City and reiterated what happened and I asked for a refund. Mr. Pabico explained that I can only be refunded an amount of Five Hundred (P500.00) plus the P 175.00 as my transaction payment. I was dismayed why can I only have the said amount wherein I have sent three (3) boxes at (P900.00) per box with a total of Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (P2,700.00) instead. I was not given any explanation prior to my transaction as to the amount to be reflected in the receipt and I appeared 5 times in said LBC Branch yet Mr Pabico seemed to be evading this responsibility. With this, I am hoping for immediate action to this matter and I can have the refund I need the soonest possible time. Thank you.

Preferred solution: I need a full refund and ask customers for the exact value of the product and its appears in the customers O.R copy.

Delayed Document Delivery
On May 11, 2015 at 3:00 in the afternoon my father who is living in Quezon city entrust a document to be delivered by LBC to me here at Calamba Laguna and supposedly be deliver within 24 hrs. But the Delivery got delayed and still not arriving as of date.
I followed-up several times the delivery and they always keep telling me that the will coordinate to the laguna hub (probably the delivery section) to deliver my document from time to time and now its the 3rd day and my document is not still with me.......THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL EXPRESS???!!!!!! sigh, and i have read several complaints with same content a year ago....
they are still not improving their services.

sino po ba may alam ng number ng LBC sa manila? walang kwenta yung tracking nila.
nagpadala ako ng AIR cargo.. November 23 ung ACTUAL DEPARTURE nung eroplano, November 28 na, pero hindi pa dw nakakarating sa Manila. Ano yan, 5 days na, nasa ere pa din ung eroplano??? Ano ba naman yan!
walang makasagot sakin ng direcho kung asan na ba ang package.
pag tinawagan mo sila, the same information as the one sa "Tracking" sa online website nila ang sasabihin sayo, which is not at all accurate. Yung magbigay man lang sana po kayo ng accurate na information..

BB arrived in Manila but according to LBC website has been sitting there at Customs for sometime now. So go figure.
