WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EACH BRANCHES NO WANTS TO AMSWER!
Not happy with the lack of service and customer help
tracking number 173147****80, My name is Mr Alan Harper living at 071 riverside, Nibaliw West, San Fabian, Dagupan, Pangasinan. my mobile number is 0906407****, I have not received a cash on delivery package and I have had no phone or text message from LBC on the whereabouts of my delivery, my package was sent from overseas and arrived in you place Commonwealth Market on March 28 2019, the forwarded to Dagupan on March 29, it is now March 30 and still no communication from LBC despite going to the San Fabian office to find where my package was the girl behind the desk said that the driver had my package and it would be delivered PM on March 30th my address I have not received my package no have I received a text or phone call to my mobile as to the whereabouts of my delivery so far I will not be using LBC again and will advise all of my ex pat friends to do the same you have a very convincing web site but nothing happens after that

Wala syang karapatan n sabihin n kinakamada na tatanggalin pa... Natural rush hour Yun...
At kailangan picturan ko ang item ng laman ng paaircargo ko... Ang laman nun Ay j7 pro 64 gb, j7 pro case, 1 box of toblerone, 2 box of Colgate n tig 4 pcs. Ang balot, 2 packs of snicker, 1 black thermos at 1 gray towel... Ang nagaayos Ay yung matanda n lalaki.
At ang nagsalita ng rude Ay ang nakaupo sa tapat ng computer n nagtatype... Gusto ko maaksyunan yan... Pagod rin ako sa work at galing p sa work... Para sabihan ng ganyan natural pipicturan para maisend sa papadalhan n Tao sa pinas n magrereceived...
Alam ko pagod n sya at pagod n rin nman ako... Pero nakuha Kung magpakumbaba... At Ayaw ko patulan Ang mga taong walang modo at walang respeto. Mabait ang matandang nagasssist sa akin...
Sa Kabila n minamadali Nila ako. Ang mairarate ko sa customer care ninyo out of 5 star 1 star LNG or Mabuti pa zero...
Para malaman ng owner ng Lbc Kung papaano I treat ang kanilang mga customer... Thanks po...
Ayaw maghintay ng 30 minutes ang ungas na delivery man at kesyo nanggaling na raw sya dto kahapon at walang Tao.
Dumating dto ang nagdeliver ng lbc at may dalang package sa misis ko which cost around 1500 pesos at that time kulang ang dala kong pera.nakiusap ako na maghintay ng 30 minutes para mabayaran pero tumanggi sya at kesyo pangalawang attempt na raw eto at wala raw tao kahapon which is not true.nangyari ito ng 3april 2019 ****hrs.

DISAPPOINTING! ANNOYING!
Ang mahal ng shipping fee sana lang nacocompensate ng service niyo ang rate niyo. May mga numbers kayo posted pero isa man don walang sumasagot.
Para san po yung mga pinost niyong numbers kung hindi niyo man lang masagot at mabigyan ng explanation ang clients? May tracking numbers nga na provided pero hanggang don lang, maittrack mo lang na nsa area mo na ang parcel pero walang way para maifollow up mo. Unless pumunta ka sa hub at pick up mo na lang yung item mo. November 24 sinend yung parcel from Cavite, Nov 26 10:43 am received at delivery Cabanatuan team November 27 hindi pa din dinedeliver.
Naka address na nga sa serviceable area hoping na mareceive ko on time. Wla po sanang client na maiinis or magwoworry kung may makakausap lang po sana at mabigyan ng info kung bkit hindi pa nadedeliver.

Please file an official complain thru DTI. https://www.dti.gov.ph/consumers/complaints They have bad practices and the we suffer because of it. They should be investigated officially and be fined for their unfair treatment of their customers.
