LBC Express - LBC poor and unprofessional service
This company's owner needs to investigate the quality of service of the branches. My husband sent me money from the USA to Philippines same day guaranteed service.
Upon pick up they claimed they are offline for pick up but online to send money. I went to 3 different branches in San Fernando La Union. The last branch claimed they did not have enough money. How unprofessional.
They have a list of people to receive money for the day, how come they don't prepare to have the cash available? In the end I went home without my "guaranteed" money.
This happened twice already. My husband and I will never use LBC ever again.

i hate the way they treat me kasi i'm just a student. iba yung trato nila kumpara sa mga mas matanda *i mean adult* you'll notice na mas mabait sila and mas "friendlier" but to me?
ayun sinusungitan pa ako! gosh buti nga lagi akong pumupunta dun. and there's this one time, dalawa kasi papadalhan ko ng money eh tapos na daw yung shift nila or whatever pero tinanggap pa din, pero grabe ang sama ng ugali nila, sabi nila "kasi sasusunod agahan mo! at ang bagal mo pang magfillup." tuloy tuloy lang ako sa pagfillup then sila nagchichismisan habang may isa pang customer.
ang rude!! tapos meron pa nung pumunta ako ulit to send money ang sabi "ano?! pera padala?! walang internet!" o diba grabe, nagsayang pa ako ng pamasahe...
at least naman say it nicely noh. ayan po mga naging experience ko sa bwisit na lbc san fernando, la union branch.
if you're a student and planning to go there, magbaon po kayo ng pasensya sa kanila.
i agree! meron yung isang guy na nakisabat pero nakikitulong lang siya dun sa babae na may problem tungkol sa clinaclaim niya na package.
pagkaalis grabe pinagchismisan siya ng mga lbc employees. wala silang modo tsk tsk.
Last last week pa pinadala ng frend ko ung orders kong damit pero wala pa rin till now. Tapos na ang graduation ng sis ko.
Nakapagbeach na kami at lahat lahat, wala pa rin ang LBC. Di ba kayo marunong magcontact ng customers nyo?

Sent my kid money and this is not the first i sent my kids money via lbc, they were asked to wait for 4 hrs at dun na sila kumain kasi hinintay nila kaso after waiting for 4 hrs sinbihan sila na di pwede kasi under age? I got really pissed kasi its not like its the first time na pinadalhan ko sila ng money.
Sinabihan pa ako nung taga lbc na ipadala sa kalaban nila kasi pangit daw talaga service nila. Ginawa ko kinuha ko ung money at pinadala sa iba.. ang masama pa nito, yung service charge nila di na binalik.
Binadaran ko pa sila para pahirapan ang mga anak ko.. Grabe talaga ginawa nila.
First its from Iligan supposedly to Ozamis City,it was delivered to Oroquieta City.March 13,2012 the Tracking # 125031****13 from Iligan City supposedly to Ozamis City.LBC Ozamis Branch confirmed it was recieved at LBC CDO Branch at 2pm of March 13,2012.LBC Iligan Citys Delivery Team point out it was from the Sales who made the mistake. Jasmine Rivas LBC associate & signatory who signed to received the Documents & Meds is solely to be blamed.We had been transacting & trusting LBC for a while now & i am advising my Mother the sender never to transact again at LBC Iligan as I am requesting the management not to keep such an employer like Jasmine Rivas who made all of the deliverys route twisted.i would suggest to Inform & Return it to the Sender.I wont be picking that package anymore & If LBC would try to deliver it right at my address, i'd be imposing & using my rights to assert the No Trespassing Zone. :(
