Good day!

I am sending you this letter/feedback when I was there in LBC VALENCIA. I about to ask about the letter from BPI Credit Card services that I wait for almost 25 days to send over in my house. I was so sad that they said that address is not covered from their office. My address is Purok 3 Sinayawan, Valencia Bukidnon. My bank told me that they send it already and courier will deliver it into my house. And I waited for almost 1 month from the day of my application and NO LBC comes/inform in to my house and I didn't know that my place is not covered and they did not inform the bank as well. I was so disappointed because they treat the customer not in friendly way and they said that there are no letter comes from my place unless I raised my voice and I explain it very well and they entertain me. I hope that you will teach them how to communicate customer. And if that is happen that my place is not covered why they did not call my bank about the letter so that the bank will inform me they don't have some initiative to make things in right. And they leave it until the 15days comes and they returned it to sender. Is your company is passion to deliver? Or the your people is not working out to make your company better? I hope soon you will work out and to make your services better because some of the letter is very important and urgent and they did not care to deliver and I hope that you can teach them how to entertain customer.

hi good afternoon ... i recently send my package as the lbc pick it up last january 28 2**** from kuwait and untill now month of april 2015 i haven't receive my box yet ...

i don't know what happened to it but i'm still hoping and waiting for the box to arrive .. pls let me know about it....pls email me or msg me in my fb account kristelbens@***.com to that matter for what happen to my box and i will give you my information about it ...
