yung pang 3rd time na nagpadala uli kami nakalimutan ng nagpadala kung saan ang exact location ng office ng lbc, sabi ng nagpadala paki try nlang kng saan malapit na lbc kc nasa escario nakatira ang padadalhan, sabi ng bastos na clerk na yan ala daw branch ang lbc sa escario. sabi ng nagpadala meron kc nagpadala na kami 2x pakicheck nalang. sabi ba naman ng clerk eh tanga ka pala nagpapadala ka pero di mo alam alam kung saan. di lang nya isang beses sinabi un.
ang pangalan ng clerk ay JOY. dapat tanggalin yan kc kawawa naman ang mga customer nyo.

Sobra kupad ng serbisyo ng LBC express..yung balikbayan box ko na dapat mas maaga pa sa 60 days ang dating samin. 76 days na hanggang ngayon wala pa..
It was not really appropriate for any Customer Service employee in any establishment to utter such kind of words/reaction to a customer.
I think you should learn from the Customer Service employees of Baybay City who had been so polite and accomodating as far as my experiences with them are concerned.
That lady named Joy should retrain or be removed from the LBC services.
wala na po bang 24 hr delivery ang LBC dito sa Calbayog? tumatagal na kasi ng 1week ang delivery compared sa JRS,2GO nakakaya naman ng 1 or 2 days. isa pa hindi na sila nag tetext or call sa customer kung hindi makita ang address
Hi , yong lbc calbayog branch aware ba sila ng partnership ng VMOBILE TECHNOLOGIES INC & LBC TXT REMIT? Kasi ng padara ako ng remitance sa mother ko pinakiga pa nya ang txt sa teller tapos sabi ng teller wala pong ganon ,hindi nila alam yon....cguro lang kailangan e up to date ang mga staff ng calbayog branch....hssst...
